Core Ambition Dryland



Muscle your way through the opposition with Puckhogs’ Dryland Training.  We have developed an off-ice program that is designed to strengthen the key muscle groups used most frequently in hockey.  Dryland Training can be strenuous, but it is a necessary step in gaining a physical edge on the ice.  Let us take some of the weight off your shoulders.
